Refunds and Returns

Custom and Original Artwork

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or original artwork unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to assist you!

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at omaewoah@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Once verified, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
  • If you need assistance, reach out to us at omaewoah@gmail.com.

Exceptions

We cannot process refunds or replacements for:

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
